The Association will create convenient trading channels to drive imports, encourage exports, nurture and accelerate the pace of digital economic transformation and foster a collaborative, unified and competitive cross-border e-commerce trading environment.
- To foster, facilitate and promote relevancy and competitiveness of the Association, domestically and internationally via cross border e-commerce trading platforms.
- Promote collaboration, cooperation and business networking among international e-commerce communities.
- To take the lead and be members’ voice through bilateral engagement with inclusion of Government, MNCs, SMEs, Embassies, Trade Missions and other related associations.
- Reinforce through industry consensus and protect members’ interest and rights in Malaysia especially on ever changing international laws and policies.
- Pro-actively enhance and up-skill members’ knowledge and improving their traditional business operations and facilities to meet future challenges.
- Facilitate and provide consultancy services to members on areas such as technology, education, training and human resource development which are provided by Malaysian Government and supporting private sectors.
